Construction:
1.  Take each of the six 4" triangles and add the opposite color 3" triangles to each side to make six rectangles.
2.  Piece together four blocks as shown in the picture..
3.  Piece together those four blocks to make the finished block.
4. Trim to size with the 12.5" square.
